The Universal
Resource Verification Protocol

One query traces any physical asset to origin. Wood, gold, platinum, oil, water, carbon credits — every resource on Earth, verified and certified through a single sovereign infrastructure.

NFCC Certification
at Planetary Scale

Non-Fungible Compliance Certificates bind every physical asset to an immutable chain-of-custody record, anchored simultaneously on Polygon and the Quantum Resistant Ledger — future-proof against the coming cryptographic transition.

🛰️
Origin-to-Destination Traceability
Every asset is registered at extraction point with GPS coordinates, timestamp, and regulatory jurisdiction. The chain never breaks — from mine face to sovereign vault.
The NFCC record begins at extraction — a mine face, a harvest block, an agricultural field — with GPS coordinates, jurisdictional metadata, and issuing authority signature. Every custody transfer, processing event, and physical transformation is appended as an immutable record. Auditors, customs agencies, and institutional buyers can verify the full history with a single API call. No manual documentation required. No human intermediary who can be bribed. The chain is math.

Dual-Chain Anchor Architecture
Polygon handles throughput at scale. QRL provides quantum-resistant post-quantum cryptographic anchoring. Both simultaneously — one failure mode eliminated.
Single-chain solutions create single points of failure. Our dual-anchor architecture means: if Polygon experiences congestion, QRL still holds the record. If quantum computers eventually break EVM signatures, the QRL anchor (XMSS lattice-based, NIST FIPS 205) remains cryptographically intact. Both chains must confirm for a certificate to reach VALID status. The system is designed to survive the next 50 years of cryptographic evolution — not just the next 5.

Sovereign & Institutional Grade
Designed for central banks, sovereign wealth funds, and regulatory bodies. Not a startup product — a protocol-layer infrastructure for nation-state operations.
ISO 27001-aligned security architecture. Data residency options across 12 jurisdictions. Air-gapped private chain deployment for classified resource inventories. On-premise key management hardware (HSM compatible). Regulatory sandbox participation: UK FCA, MAS Singapore, ASIC Australia. NDA-first engagement process. All personnel with protocol access are vetted to government contractor standards. This is not a SaaS tool — it is infrastructure.

Patent-Protected Verification Engine
4 active patents covering the certificate binding mechanism, cross-chain reconciliation protocol, and AI-assisted anomaly detection layer.
Patent Portfolio: Cross-chain certificate binding (granted 2023) — creates mathematically-linked anchors across heterogeneous chains without trusted intermediaries. Cross-chain reconciliation protocol (filed 2022) — real-time consistency verification across Polygon and QRL ledgers. AI anomaly detection layer (2024) — trained on 2.3M certificate records, detects substitution fraud, certificate duplication, and custody chain breaks with 99.97% accuracy. Licensing available for non-competing jurisdictions.

Post-Quantum Cryptography NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography standard (FIPS 205 — CRYSTALS-Dilithium compatible). Lattice-based XMSS hash signatures remain secure against both Shor's and Grover's algorithms. Our QRL anchors provide a 25-year security horizon for certificate integrity — covering the projected timeline for cryptographically-relevant quantum computers. Every NFCC issued today will be verifiable and unforgeable in 2050. That's the assurance sovereign mandates require.
